Problem: My page doesn't update with the new data. Or my page doesn't seem to refresh the data. I have to hit the refresh button to get it to show me the latest version.

Your browser is likely set to cache the data. If you are going to a page and it is displaying immediately without any loading time, your browser has likely cached the page and is displaying the version stored in your cache.
To get your browser to always check for changes to a page, changes your settings under "Tools/Options/" in Internet Explorer.
On the "General" tab, select the "Settings" button.
Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages:," select the radio button for "Every visit to the page."
